Body & Soul Classes
Come to the gym and… laugh, get stronger, and more flexible, lower your blood pressure, find new friends, dance, pray, etc… All are welcome to join the fun and get fit while forming new friendships and reconnecting with others. Bring a mat and a friend with you!
Classes run from September through May. Everyone is welcome and there is no cost for classes. All classes run from 9:00 am - 10:00 am
