The Sacrament of the Eucharist is celebrated at Holy Mass throughout the week.
Jesus comes to us in the Eucharist so that we will live forever. Holy Communion is not ordinary food. It is the bread of eternal life. It is something more precious than gold or silver. It is worth more than anything you can imagine. For this sacred bread is the body and blood of Jesus. And Jesus promises that if you eat his flesh and drink his blood, you will have life in you and live forever.
~Pope John Paul II
Preparing your child for their First Reconciliation (Confession) and First Holy Communion (Eucharist) is an exciting and memorable time of life for the child. We want to give you the tools you need to help your child prepare their hearts and minds for these unique encounters with God!
All Second-Graders desiring these sacraments must participate in our family-based faith formation program “FaithBuilders”.
